I first want to start off by saying thank you to everyone for the support and encouragement. I means a lot and it is very helpful in keeping me motivated.
This morning when I stepped on the scale it said I was down 1.8 lbs from Tuesday. Something is more than nothing so that was nice to see. I am so sore today from the Tuesday and Wednesday work outs but I must continue.
I worked out at home for a little bit. I danced watching Dance Fitness with Jessica on You Tube. She makes it look so easy but it is super hard. It goes by fast because I like to dance. Each song is about 4-5 minutes and I rest while I look for a new one. She has a lot. I didn’t burn a lot today but it is 258 more calories then I would have burned sitting on my couch so I will celebrate that.
Another celebration, I hit my water goal of 64 ounces today!!
I forgot to take a picture of my dinner but I had a salad with cucumbers, eggs, apples, croutons, chicken breast and some lite balsamic vinaigrette. My neighbor brought over some Filipino food and I did have a few bites of that. I didn’t have any of the homemade flour tortillas that she brought over later 😉
