Today I burned 522 calories during my workout. I did 15 minutes on the stair master (which was harder today because of the workout I did yesterday) and did some work with weights. I am excited to work with a personal trainer and learn some new things that I can implement when I am working out alone.
I mentioned in my first post that I made spaghetti squash for the first time. I made spaghetti using ground chicken and added fresh bell pepper and mushrooms to the sauce. I have leftovers that I will be eating for lunch tomorrow. This meal is not husband approved.
